Our Story

They became friends after meeting as coworkers in 2016. After a year of contemplation, it was decidedly worth the risk of “ruining the friendship…” – they began dating in 2017. That first date, Dan was Mack’s last minute plus one to a wedding, and in true Dan fashion, he showed up with a Planet Fitness shirt under his dress shirt – black logo fully visible. Dan won over a piece of Mack’s heart that day and she decided that his carefree attitude towards life was worth perusing. Eight years later, they have learned more about themselves and are continuing to build a life they are proud of, in a city they love, and with the people (and cats) they cherish most.
